With 52 WTFs a year, our Director of Culinary, Venecia Willis, is always searching for new taco inspiration. For our first ever WTF collab, we set out to find a partner that shares our passion for bold, fresh, globally inspired cuisine. Chef David Myers is a visionary chef that owns sophisticated restaurant concepts all over the worldincluding the Mediterraneaninspired ADRIFT Mare in Miami. Together, Chef V and Chef David brought the vibrant ingredients and spices of the Mediterranean to life in taco form as the Mediterranean Mezze! This taco is available fullsize at all traditional Velvet Taco locations or as a bar bite at @adriftmare_miami
